So today has been a day of writer’s block that I just couldn’t get past. It’s been a hectic week so I’ll be taking the next two days off doing my book writing and clear my head.
I’ve been reading an erotic fiction novel which I’ll be reviewing in the next few days that I’m super excited about! I was a little naughty with the Kindle and Kindle Unlimited was on a 3 month offer for 99p, so I got it. The amount of books I’ve downloaded…oh goodness me…naughty, naughty Violet.
I’ve picked up on my yoga after falling off the wagon for about a week after pulling a muscle in my lower belly that still plays up from time to time. God knows how I did it but it bloody hurt to say the least!
I considered doing my yoga whilst listening to/reading said erotic fiction but knowing me, I won’t be able to concentrate and end up falling over! Reading about a sexy Dom isn’t going to help you in tree pose!
I’m taking it easy on my belly until it fully heals and using a Yogalates video which is a fusion of Yoga and Pilates. I’ve used it before and I definitely recommend it. It’s also recommended for post-natal women as well apparently (or so the instructor says). Though I’ve not had a baby as I currently have no children, it’ll be helpful in that regard as it takes it easy on the belly for obvious reasons.
As well as that, I understand there are certain yoga poses that help strengthen the muscles down below so it apparently makes your sexual responses more heightened. Though my sex life is great to begin with, what harm can a little extra help in that department do to make a great thing even better? 😉
