We’ve arrived back home and safe to say all of us are completely wiped out after a crazy couple of days. I forgot how tiring travelling halfway across the country can be!
As a general round up: cosplaying is so much more fun than I anticipated, the north of Wales is absolutely beautiful (as far as Wales goes, I’ve only spent a few hours in Cardiff once before this trip) managed to do some networking, which was a pleasant surprise and the general consensus was a group of self-confessed sci-fi nuts, none of us felt out of place there at all. The feel was very much, “I’ve found my people!” 😂
We’ve heard of another Con in a nearby city in the autumn time, so if I can get some tickets, I’ll be cosplaying for the second time this year.

That’s great! I have a niece that is really into cosplay and she attends an event in Los Angeles, CA each year.
